Apartment #6, is one and half floor up, fully furnished large one bedroom apartment with a balcony.
Queen size bed, A/C in the bed room, marble top European bathroom, Rattan living room, dining table and Hutch, 32" flat TV(The picture shows an older picture of the older TV), washing machine, study desk, microwave, fridge, Gas Stove, basic pots and pans, 110V-220Volt ready, mosquito screens, security bars.
DSL Internet, cable TV and basic weekly house keeping are included. Water and Electric are not.
Water bill is less than US$10 month. Electric is a prepay system and it is about US$50 - US$100 depending on the A/C operating hours.
We are also excited to announce that the Swimming Pool should be finished in the next few days and should be available for the enjoyment of our Tenants.
Our location is quit and safe, less than five minutes walk to school. The largest super market IGA, KFC and Rituals Cafe are steps from the apartment.
Basic Generator service is available at an extra charge $25.00 per semester(every four month).
Monthly rent: $990.00 ~ 10%Tax included.

To confirm a reservation: One month rent as deposit(refundable) and first month rent, it should be Wire Transferred to our bank in Dominica(it would arrive the next day).

When the funds are received, I would than sign the standard housing lease and return it to housing for your signature.
You should scan and return to Ross Housing please, keep us updated and let us know when it was sent to housing and of course your arrival date.
